Here are some 3D renderings of an ADU (accessory dwelling unit) with garage and pool addition for a repeat client in the Kelso area. They wanted to install a new inground pool and needed additional living quarters and garage space for their family. We designed a new ADU to compliment the existing home and meet their needs for additional living space. This included a tandem 3 car garage, pool storage, pool bath, morning work out area, with indoor & outdoor living space for entertaining by the pool. Let us know what you think.

With the warmer weather that we've been having I thought I would post some renderings of a pool house and outdoor living space I designed for a great client in the Farmington area. The owner will be starting construction in the next month or so. I am looking forward to seeing the final construction when it is complete. The goal as in any addition or add on project is to make it appear as if it was a part of the original home. How do you think we did with blending the new addition of the outdoor living space and pool house in with the existing home?
