One of the larger projects completed! Early 1900s Sears and Roebuck home had been remodeled multiple occasions throughout the years and this bathroom was a challenge, but the owner is extremely happy with the outcome. It was originally very closed in and it was best to begin with a clean slate!
Leaking shower and toilet areas caused significant damage to the ceiling below, which all had to be replaced.

Simple Kitchen updating can make for bold and beautiful changes!!!

• repaired and prepared cabinets for painting
• removed spindle detail from crown moldings
• removed apron between window wall upper cabinets
• paint island cabinets navy blue and wall cabinets white
• updated all door and drawer hardware and door hinges with soft closing function

Townhouse flooring projects!!

- removed original kitchen and entryway flooring (utilizing this flooring for upstairs saving waste and money for the client)
- removed the half wall in the kitchen
- install new flooring in kitchen and entryway to match transition into living room
- install flooring in upstairs landing/hallway (salvaged from kitchen)
- paint accent wall to match main wall color

This project was a calling to help another friend after another contractor made a mess of things!

• Started with cleaning up the entire work area of debris and hardware
• Repair all basement drywall (walls and ceilings), texture walls and ceiling, replace and revise ductwork soffit, replace closet area around plumbing, and prep for paint
• Remount basement bathroom vanity and correct plumbing
• Properly set recessed lighting up and finish from large gaps
• Cut, paint and install new baseboard trim
•Replace kitchen drywall section and do other patch repairs
• Install kitchen recessed lighting and pendant light (patch old light locations)
Always remember, it’s always ok to ask contractors questions and address any concerns! If the contractor is not on board with this, you might want to reevaluate continuing with that contractor.

No project is too small!
If you simply just need the carpentry work completed and you’ll handle the painting, that is not a problem either.
This was completed for a professional painting contractor with box beams built on site and for the living room and crown trim throughout the living room and kitchen.
This is an older lathe and plaster home with some really uneven areas that created challenges, but everything finished off fantastic.

This was such a fun project and it was great to be part of the showroom update for Eagle Stone Inc 🦅 in Red Bud. Many thanks to Jenny for having me be part of their next chapter!! Their products are amazing, so if you’re in need of stone products, fireplace mantles and so much more, give them a chance to help with your needs.

Projects completed-
1) assembled and installed pergola In showroom
2) constructed and installed bar height display with custom shaker doors and cabinet facing (client installed stone work)
3) constructed and installed larger double sided display with interior storage are. Built custom shaker door, installed fireplace and crown trim. (Client installed all stone work)
4) constructed and installed wall mounted supports for wall displays
5) constructed and installed roof structure with cedar shake shingles for existing outdoor display

When you need to make time to adapt your parents bathroom!
New vanity, light, additional outlet, low curb shower, handrails (blocking was added for weight support) shower door, shower faucet and flooring. Paint was just touching up, I painted it 18 months ago.
