Rip out existing turf, brush cut back of property, 8 yards of screened top soil put in backyard and 50lbs of seed sowed, added drip line irrigation to areas, concrete curbing to replace paver flowerbed edging, install numerous new shrubbery and ornamental grasses, routed 5 downspouts underground with popup emitters, installed French drain to mitigate storm water puddling in lawn and finally installed Zoysia.

Ripped out damaged turf, routed 4 gutter downspouts under ground to mitigate erosion issues, installed crimson rock beds...

Ripped out damaged turf, routed 4 gutter downspouts under ground to mitigate erosion issues, installed crimson rock beds with metal edging and finally put down zoysia to complete this job. Forgot to take the “before” pics prior to any work as usual.
