Friends, Family, and Colleagues,
Would you be willing to get involved and help support a great cause my family and I put together every year?
I am asking for donations to support St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in my father, Carloss Carter’s name so that we may continue the yearly support he gave before his passing on December 15, 2011. He was a dedicated supporter of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and, to honor his memory and giving spirit, my family and I carry on this tradition in his name.
The money we raise is sent directly to St. Jude by my mother (Lou Carter). Sending in this collective donation on my father’s behalf brings her so much joy that she has even made the trip all the way to Memphis to hand deliver it directly to the hospital!
My family also puts together a memorial golf weekend that takes place on the coast of Mississippi as a way to further honor and remember my father and his giving spirit. This year’s memorial golf weekend takes place on October 3-5th and we would love for you to come out, play some golf, enjoy the beautiful gulf coast of Mississippi, and take part in a weekend where everyone is family and we are all donating to an incredible cause.
Please consider giving to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Any size donation is welcome and appreciated as it all adds up to help the children at St. Jude get the support they need. Since the beginning of this memorial golf weekend, with your help, we have donated over $60,000.00 to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and I look forward to seeing what we will be able to donate this year.
