This room was especially challenging. We knew it had wallpaper under the paint, because of all the bubbles we saw, but we didn't realize it had two layers of wallpaper dating back to the 1940s! All in all in the end it came out great.

Been super busy... Thankfully! Today we removed 100 years of paint and wallpaper down to original plaster. Tomorrow we prep.

1-rip open all blemishes (bubbles, cracks etc...)
2-fiber tape as needed, fill with compound.
3- skim coat entire cieling
4- sand out
5- paint

We are working on this beautiful house in Floral Park. These old plaster structures provide a unique challenge when it comes to plaster and drywall repair. Often times many of the walls or textured, yet they have cracks and splits throughout because of the age of the house. Needless to say whatever the situation we figure it out and get it done right.
