The starting rate is $17 an hour with production bonuses based on job completion rate. This is Don Moon's favorite holiday and he wanted to kick the weekend off with his favorite treat! Tonight he stopped at the Lena Drive Inn and not only purchased his cone, but he purchased 100 cones to be given out to the first 100 paying customers of the weekend. Major Duties and Responsibilities
Shovel designated areas
Load and unload bags of salt
Perform any other duties as requested by supervisor
Must adhere to all OSHA and safety standards.
Previous plow experience preferred!

Education, Requirements:
High School Diploma or G.E.D.

Other requirements:
Drivers license
Cell phone

On-Call daily availability based on business needs.

Physical Requirements
Required to walk, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, lift, grasp, carry, push and pull
Must be able to shovel snow for long periods of time
Must be able to lift and/or move 50 pounds plus

We are looking to add some winter employees to shovel, snow blow, plow and assist with winter work. These positions do have an opportunity for growth and the ability to be hired on full time.
