We are accepting applications for an experienced Carpenter/Home remodeling position as well as an experienced Residential Electrician. Good Pay. Benefits available after 90 days of successful work completion. Pay is based on experience/qualifications. Below you will find task related experience we are seeking for each position. Being well rounded is a huge plus due to the wide variety of work we do!
Carpenter/Home Remodeling Position
Framing (additions, walls etc.)
Wall coverings (drywall, etc.)
Floor Coverings (laminate, vinyl etc.)
Kitchen installations (cabinets, countertops, sinks, plumbing, etc.)
Bathroom installations (Shower, Vanity, Toilet, plumbing, etc.)
Tile installations (Ceramic, Porcelain, Glass Wall and floor)
Small Roofing projects (asphalt, metal, rubber)
Door & Window installation
Small Concrete, block & brick work is a plus
General Plumbing
Skid steer, mini excavator, backhoe operation a plus
Residential Electrician
Service installations (Above and below grade. upgrades and new construction)
New Construction wiring (Romex, boxes, lighting, device install etc.)
Re-wiring of existing Dwelling units (fishing wires through walls, ceilings, crawl spaces, attics etc.)
Lighting & Fan installs
PVC conduit installation
EMT conduit installation a plus
Knowledge of the National Electrical Code
