Another day, another deck.
This one was special because it was the first deck done with my son, Trevor.
I believe he learned a lot during this project!
I put a lot of trust in him as he cut every deck board and every piece of blocking, joists as well as the railings.

Some LVP is the last bit of interior work for the season!
Rotted floor joists and most of the subflooring needed to be replaced. The corner of this home needed to be jacked up in order to properly get this done.

Jacks are put in place while all the old, failing supports are replaced.
