OFFICE SCHEDULER
We are a small electrical company, providing services to residential and commercial clients.
The Office Scheduler is responsible for incoming calls, making sure great customer service is the top priority, as well as scheduling our techs on repair & installation jobs daily.
This role is an entry-level position (with possibility of growth).
Office hours Monday - Friday (7:00 am to 4:00 pm). This is a 40 hour/week position.
Responsibilities
· Data entry
· Handle incoming calls and take detailed messages
· Assist in scheduling jobs
· Research and contact coworkers on daily basis for job updates
· Check emails and respond accordingly
· File/maintain electronic documents
· Greet visitors, accept material deliveries from suppliers
· Organize and maintain the office in common areas
· Perform general office assistant duties and errands
Requirements
· High school diploma +
· Warm personality with strong English communication skills; Spanish skills are a plus
· Ability to multi-task, and the ability to act with a sense of urgency
· Strong sense of loyalty, integrity, and honesty
· Valid driver license and vehicle
· Computer Skills (PC – will train if necessary)
· Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, OneNote (basic to mid-level preferred)
· Office-related experience is a plus
