Big respect to our crew Ralph and Ryan for absolutely crushing this project in Madera.

Ralph running the 75-ton and Ryan operating the 30-ton worked together seamlessly to safely trip and set 8 tanks with precision, teamwork, and professionalism from start to finish. Projects like these don’t happen without skilled operators who stay focused, communicate well, and take pride in their craft every step of the way.

We are proud to have operators like Ralph and Ryan representing Pierce Crane out in the field. Their hard work, experience, and dedication continue to show why safety, reliability, and teamwork are the foundation of what we do.

From day one, Jesse has been an incredible part of the Pierce Crane family. Over the years, he has grown from crane operator to Lead Sales Manager, bringing with him unmatched knowledge, hands-on expertise, and a true understanding of this industry from every angle.

What makes Jesse so valuable to our team goes far beyond experience. His optimistic attitude, steady leadership, and willingness to help wherever needed have become a pillar within our organization and part of the culture that makes Pierce Crane what it is today.
