Sliding glass door is in. Ran out of caulk so the top isnt finished yet and still have to attach the decks and re do the existing decks. Stay tuned

Its been awhile since I posted so I figured id share a few picture of the 3 different jobs were juggling at once.
One is a 2 bay garage.
One is a sun room.
And one is a bedroom we are remodeling. We tore the old ceiling out and put new drywall with a flat finish and added a few lights. Were waiting for the flooring to come in to finish.

Put rubber roofing , new soffit and matching standing seam metal on the boat house Roof! Just waiting on the cupola for the house yet! Gonna be putting new siding on the boat house eventually. Maybe after we do the composite decking and windows. Cant wait to see the finished deck!!

We’ve been working on this project for a while now. The weather turned on us before we were quite ready, but we finally caught a few nice days to get it all but finished up. We have a cupola on the way to cover the pipe and then it will be 100%

This started as a flat roof, and we were able to reframe it into a sloped roof system. We also eliminated the large chimney by converting the home to propane.

To finish it off, we installed a beautiful standing seam metal roof from Keystate Metals LLC
