🔥 Another new service coming to Josh Ziehmke LLC!

I’ve been spending some time getting the new UV printer dialed in, and this was one of the latest test projects.

UV printing allows us to print full-color designs directly onto a variety of materials, opening up a whole new range of custom products and possibilities.

We’re still working out a few things and fine-tuning the process, but once everything is where I want it, UV printing will officially be another service we offer!

Pretty excited about what this machine is going to allow us to create. Stay tuned — there’s a lot more coming!

A little behind-the-scenes look at assembling these laser-cut tea candle lanterns! 🔥🪵

Each lantern is cut piece by piece on the laser and then assembled by hand. I’ve been making several different designs, including western, wildlife, and outdoor scenes.

It’s always fun watching a pile of flat laser-cut pieces turn into the finished product!

These are designed for LED tea lights and make a great little accent for a cabin, home, camper, or gift.

Been having some fun with the laser putting together these multi-layer wildlife pieces! 🦬🦌🦅🐺🫎🦉🐻

Each design is built from multiple individually cut layers, creating a ton of depth and detail. From the mountains and pine trees to the rivers, wildlife, and little details hidden throughout the scenes, there’s a lot to look at in each one.

The buffalo, wolf, eagle, elk, moose, owl, and bear all have their own unique outdoor scene built right into the animal.

These have definitely been a fun project to make, and the pictures really don’t show all the depth you see in person!

Here’s a look at some of the European mount plaques I’ve been making for whitetail deer. Each plaque is made from real wood, CNC machined with a detailed routed edge, sanded smooth, and finished to bring out the natural beauty of the wood.

These are a great way to finish off your European mount and display that buck for years to come—whether it’s going in the house, cabin, hunting room, or man cave.

I also offer bulk pricing, making these a great option for taxidermists, hunting clubs, outfitters, or anyone needing multiple plaques.

🕯️ A little look at some of the tea light candle lanterns I’ve been making!

One of the things I really like about these is how many different designs and styles can be done. From deer, elk, bears, wolves, mountains and outdoor scenes to western designs and more modern geometric patterns, each lantern can have its own completely different look.

The designs are laser cut from wood, and the translucent backing helps bring all of those details to life once a tea light is placed inside.

And you’re definitely not limited to the designs pictured here!

If you have something specific in mind, I can also make custom-designed lanterns. Whether it’s a certain animal, outdoor scene, hobby, theme, or something meaningful to you, send me your idea and we can see what we can come up with!

These make a great addition to the home, cabin, camper, or as a unique personalized gift.

One of the things I can offer with my CNC router is reproducing hard-to-find or damaged parts from an existing piece. 🔨

These are a few examples of parts I’ve recently replicated. Starting with an original piece, I can recreate the shape and details digitally and then machine a new replacement on the CNC.

This can be a great option for furniture, cabinetry, architectural trim, decorative pieces, restoration projects, or older parts that simply aren’t available anymore.

Whether you need one replacement piece or multiple matching parts, feel free to reach out. If you have the original part—or even a damaged one that has enough detail left to work from—I may be able to reproduce it.
