Throwback Thursday!

Paul Judson has been an important part of the DSW Homes team since 2012, growing from Production Manager to his current role as Vice President of Estimating & Purchasing.

Throughout his time with DSW, Paul has helped keep projects moving by coordinating estimating and purchasing teams, negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers, producing project estimates, and supporting production managers across multiple locations. His extensive background in construction operations, quality control, scheduling, safety, and project closeout gives him a practical understanding of what it takes to successfully carry a project from planning through completion.

Paul is also known around the office for his strong work ethic, quick sense of humor, and ability to bring a smile to everyone’s face!
