This week we celebrated National Women in Construction Week, and today we recognize International Women’s Day, making it the perfect moment to highlight the woman behind the vision of Restored Construction LLC.
At the center of this company is our founder and CEO, Kimia. What started as a vision has grown into more than just a business. Through her leadership, Restored Construction has become a place built on integrity, strong relationships, and a commitment to excellence.
Kimia is a follower of Jesus, a devoted wife and mama, and a driven entrepreneur. Before entering the construction industry, she spent more than a decade working in the medical field and also earned a degree in Social Work with a focus in Substance Abuse Counseling.
Her passion for people has always been at the heart of everything she does. Kimia served with CASA of Collin County, advocating for children in the foster system who needed someone to speak on their behalf. She has also dedicated time in ministry, supporting and mentoring women who have experienced abuse and trafficking, walking alongside them with compassion, faith, and encouragement as they rebuild their lives.
That same heart carries into the way she leads this company. Kimia believes business should be about more than projects, it should be about people. She leads with strength, faith, and perseverance, turning challenges into opportunities and continually encouraging those around her to grow.
Today we honor her leadership, her vision, and the example she sets daily.
Thank you, Kimia, for leading with faith, grit, and purpose.
