Heading home from the Skimmer Pro Summit with fresh ideas for improving our customers’ experience, developing our team and strengthening how we do things at Cool Pool People.

What stands out is how personal they make it. They know us by name, listen to our feedback to improve their software and the experience for both our team and our customers, and connect us with people who can help us improve our processes.

Between the Customer Advisory Board, informative sessions and conversations with others in the pool industry, we’re bringing home plenty to put into practice.

One of our clients shared that our campaign inspired her to reach out to a friend going through breast cancer. That simple connection was a meaningful reminder that support doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes, a phone call, text or listening ear can make someone feel less alone.

This is why we love partnering with the National Breast Cancer Foundation—helping people feel supported throughout their breast cancer journey and honoring those we’ve lost. 💗

🎉 Happy 6-Year Anniversary, Chap! 🎉

When we asked our team to share a few words about Chap, the same qualities came up again and again: loyal, dependable, consistent, hardworking and meticulous. And, of course, always ready with a joke!

For six years, Chap has set an example through the pride he takes in his work. His clients love him, his teammates look up to him and we all know that when something is in Chap’s hands, he will take care of it.

From keeping our warehouse clean and organized to communicating with our repair team to help solve problems, Chap makes a difference in so many ways. He keeps us informed, reminds us of the important things and holds us to the same high standards he sets for himself—with a little good-natured ribbing along the way. 😊

“The best moments of the day.” 🩷 That sign and the heart behind our crew couldn’t be better placed!

Lightning paused pool care today so we treated our team to breakfast while waiting for safe conditions. With jobs still to finish, we appreciated so many making time to gather before heading back out.
