🎉 Happy Birthday to our Field Manager, Eric!

Eric is often one of the first faces our new customers meet, and his patience, kindness and willingness to help make him such an important part of our team.

It’s been a big year- he and his wife welcomed their first baby girl 💕 AND he recently rolled his ankle walking out of a client’s property. 😬 Even with that, he hasn’t missed a beat!

A little Sonic stop for a team that deserves it! 🥤☀️

With so many 100°+ days this August, this crew has been working through some serious Texas HEAT! Add in some unusual turnover and extra-heavy days, and they’ve definitely been put to the test — but they continue to show up, step up, help each other out, and somehow keep the positive attitudes going. 💙

Yesterday afternoon we invited everyone to swing by Sonic for a cold drink, a quick break to COOL off, and some much-deserved appreciation.

We’re incredibly thankful for this team and the way they continue taking great care of our Cool Pool People families — even on the toughest days. 💦

Today we celebrate 18 years in business! Sharing a few photos from our 18th Anniversary Fiesta from this past weekend! 🌮🎉

For 18 years, Cool Pool People has had the privilege of taking care of pools and families throughout our community and we know we wouldn’t be here without the clients who continue to trust us year after year.

We celebrated this milestone with the team that works hard every day to take care of those clients and keep their pools looking their best.

18 years, 1,065 families (currently serving) and so many relationships built along the way. Thank you for allowing us to do what we love. Here’s to many more years of keeping our community COOL!

Feeling blessed to have been included and so impressed by last night’s launch of the PoolNation headquarters right here in DFW!

It was incredible to be in a room filled with suppliers, service professionals and even competitors—both local and from across the country—coming together with one common goal: to elevate the pool industry.

Through education, training, collaboration and business development, we all become better at what matters most—serving our customers and strengthening our industry. Excited to see what’s ahead!

💦 A SPLASH OF KNOWLEDGE

That super-strong “chlorine smell” at a pool usually doesn’t mean there’s too much chlorine but it can mean there isn’t enough effective chlorine. 😳

That smell often comes from chloramines, which form when chlorine reacts with sweat, body oils, urine and other contaminants. A properly balanced, well-sanitized pool should have very little chlorine odor.

He’s hardworking, dependable, eager to learn and always one of the first to step up when someone needs help. What stands out most is the positive attitude he brings even when things get tough. 💦 Weekly Pool Care Tip!

Is your pump lid getting harder and harder to remove? Don’t just keep fighting with it! 😅

Over time, the pump lid O-ring can become flattened out due to the constant compressive force on it. This makes the lid difficult to remove, now you don’t have access to remove debris caught in the pump basket inside the pump.

A small part can make a big difference!
