Peinado Construction is proud to announce our newest project, Maranello Luxury Auto Garages, for developer Michael Holigan, located at 4501 Mapleshade Lane in Plano, Texas.

Spanning more than 200,000 square feet on 11+ acres, this one-of-a-kind development is designed for those who appreciate the art, performance, and experience of the supercar.

Located just off the George W. Bush Turnpike, Maranello offers convenient access from across the Metroplex, with Highland Park and University Park less than 20 minutes away, and the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, Addison Airport, and Love Field all within 30 minutes.

At the heart of the development is a football field sized interior concourse, creating a unique setting for owners to showcase their collections and enjoy sanctioned events within a private, country club inspired atmosphere.

Every detail has been thoughtfully designed around the ownership experience, from climate-controlled garage condos and glass garage doors to customizable suites, balcony options, and direct access to the interior concourse. Even more unique, every garage condo opens directly into the interior of the building, a first for Texas.

With dirt work now underway, we’re excited to begin construction on a development that will bring together automotive passion, community, and an entirely new concept for luxury vehicle ownership.

In recognition of National Aviation Day, we're excited to share the latest progress on our Modern Aviation project at Meacham International Airport in Fort Worth, Texas!

Once complete, this development will deliver approximately 87,150 square feet of premium hangar and office space, featuring two 39,200-square-foot hangars and two attached 4,375-square-foot office suites. Designed to accommodate some of today's largest business jets, the facility will provide modern, high-quality space tailored to the needs of tenants, operators, and their customers.

As construction continues, we're proud to partner with Modern Aviation and an outstanding team of consultants and trade partners to help expand the capabilities of one of the nation's premier business aviation airports. We’re proud to celebrate our founder, Frank A. “Teddy” Peinado ’88, on being named a 2026 Harold L. Adams ’61 Outstanding Alumni Award recipient by the Texas A&M University College of Architecture.

The College’s highest alumni honor recognizes former students whose careers have made a lasting impact on their professions, communities, and the built environment. Out of more than 16,000 College of Architecture alumni, fewer than one percent have received this distinction.

From founding Peinado Construction in 2010 to building a company that has delivered millions of square feet across Texas, Teddy’s impact extends far beyond construction. His commitment to developing future leaders, supporting Aggie students, and giving back to veterans, first responders and the community reflect the values that have shaped his career.

We’re incredibly proud to see Teddy recognized for his leadership, service and lasting contributions to the industry and the Aggie community.

Progress continues at CapRock Clay Road for CapRock Partners in Sunnyvale, Texas!

Since our last update, sitework has continued and concrete work is now underway, marking another key step forward for this 480,000 plus square foot development. Once complete, the project will deliver three industrial tilt-wall buildings, adding valuable space to the growing Sunnyvale industrial market.

Construction continues to move forward at Lake Vista Technology Park, a development for Trammell Crow Company and joint venture partner PGIM. Sitework remains in full swing as crews continue preparing the site, with concrete operations now well underway.

Located on approximately 20 acres at the southwest corner of I-35 and State Highway 121 in Lewisville, Texas, near Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, this project will deliver three rear-load industrial buildings totaling more than 316,000 square feet. Buildings 1 and 2 will feature 32-foot clear heights, while Building 3 will offer a 28-foot clear height, creating modern industrial space designed to accommodate a variety of tenant needs.

We appreciate the continued partnership of our client, consultants, and subcontractors as progress continues. With foundations taking shape and preparations underway, we're looking forward to the next major milestone as the first tilt-up panels begin to transform the site!

Momentum continues to build at Passport Park West as progress remains steady across this large-scale industrial development for Trammell Crow Company.

Construction activities are advancing throughout Phase I, with work continuing on three buildings totaling approximately 1.7 million square feet. Across the 180-acre site, crews are making significant strides as the development continues to take shape.

Once complete, Passport Park West will deliver seven Class A industrial buildings totaling more than 2.7 million square feet in one of the region's premier logistics corridors near Dallas Fort Worth International Airport.

Progress continues at Signature 35, where sitework is well underway for Indco Partners and Holley Development Company.

Located just south of Highway 114 in Fort Worth, Texas, this Class A industrial development will deliver 111,923 square feet of premier industrial space featuring 32-foot clear heights, 36 dock doors, a 122-foot truck court depth, two oversized ramp doors, as well as 5.19 acres of secured outdoor storage.

It’s exciting to see the site continue to transform as work progresses. We appreciate the continued collaboration with our clients, consultants, and subcontractors. We look forward to sharing more updates as construction moves full speed ahead!

This Thursday, we're looking back at the successful completion of 121 Technology Park, developed by Stillwater Capital Investments, LLC and located at the southwest corner of State Highway 121 and Chelsea Boulevard in Allen, Texas.

Completed in 2024, Phase I features four Class A industrial buildings totaling more than 370,000 square feet, offering modern, high-quality industrial space.

Last Thursday, a few of our Peinado Construction team members attended the Austin Regional Manufacturers Association (ARMA) 2026 Summer Sporting Clays Tournament at Staccato Ranch, LLC in Florence, Texas, where we were proud to serve as the golf cart and prize sponsor!

The event brought together many industry professionals for a great day of friendly competition on an 80-target sporting clays course, along with great food, beverages, and the chance to connect between rounds.
