Progress continues at CapRock Clay Road for CapRock Partners in Sunnyvale, Texas!

Sitework and concrete operations have continued to advance, bringing this 480,000+ square foot development closer to the next major milestone: going vertical. Once complete, the project will deliver three industrial tilt-wall buildings, adding valuable industrial space to the Sunnyvale market.

Construction continues to progress at Lake Vista Technology Park, a development for Trammell Crow Company and joint venture partner PGIM. Crews continue to make progress across the site as the buildings take shape and construction advances toward the next stage of the project.

Located on approximately 20 acres at the southwest corner of I-35 and State Highway 121 in Lewisville, Texas, near the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, this project will deliver three rear-load industrial buildings totaling more than 316,000 square feet. Buildings 1 and 2 will feature 32-foot clear heights, while Building 3 will offer a 28-foot clear height, creating modern industrial space designed to accommodate a variety of tenant needs.

We appreciate the continued partnership of our client, consultants, and subcontractors as work moves forward at Lake Vista Technology Park. We look forward to sharing more progress as construction continues.

Work is moving forward across the site as this premier industrial development advances toward completion. Strategically located just minutes from the United States-Mexico border, the facility is designed to support the growing demand for cross-border logistics and distribution throughout the region.

Wednesday, our team headed out to Elm Fork Shooting Sports for the 5th Annual Looking Up Sporting Clays Tournament, hosted in partnership with CREDA (Commercial Real Estate Development Association). Peinado Construction has proudly served as Title Sponsor since this event's inception — and we're not stopping anytime soon!

This tournament supports The Kukhoma Project, providing trauma recovery, medical care, education, and vocational training for young girls and babies recovering from abuse in Zambia — as well as similar efforts right here in our DFW community.

And the icing on the cake? 🎯 Our team took home 1st place! 🥇
