If we lose power with the freeze, here are some images to show the locations for plugs to remove on your pool equipment. This should be done only if you lose power. 1st option is to let your pool run 24/7 until temperatures rise.

Happy September!

Along with the weather hopefully cooling off soon, I am excited to participate in the Dallas Stars Big Heart Celebrity Challenge, a hockey tournament benefiting non-profits in the DFW area.

This year we are raising money for the Grant Halliburton Foundation. They are a local organization that helps educate parents about mental health, so they can notice early if their children are suffering from it and seek the necessary help. As a Dad of two kids, uncle and hockey coach this cause is right up my alley!

My goal is to raise $1000 and would love you support to meet that goal and attend the hockey tournament.

Tournament Day: Friday, September 29, 2023

Each team will play three round-robin games at Children’s Health StarCenter McKinney or Children’s Health StarCenter Plano, followed by an All-Star Game at the end of the day at Children’s Health StarCenter McKinney where the top fundraisers play against the NHL Alumni team.

LPS is growing and we’re looking for a new team member! Work hours are approximately 8am-4pm Monday-Friday, with an opportunity to earn $900-$1200 per week to start.

An ideal candidate will:
- See this as an opportunity to grow with our team. This is not a seasonal opening — We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about learning the ins and outs of the pool business. Earning potential will continue to increase based on your desire to learn new skills and take on additional work.
- Live in one of the following areas: Plano, Frisco, Carrollton, Lewisville, or Flower Mound
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Be available to work Monday-Friday. You’ll have plenty of control over your work hours but routes must be completed during normal business hours on their scheduled days.

Requirements:
- Must own a truck and be comfortable with transporting pool supplies.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors year-round.
- Must be comfortable with bending, kneeling and lifting 35-50 pounds.

If you’re having pool problems following last month’s storm you are not alone. According to our friends at Jetline there are 600,000 pools in DFW and 350,000 are estimated to be out of service. We understand our customers’s frustrations, especially as the weather is getting nicer! please know that Trevor and I are doing our best to source parts and get your pools back up and running. If you have any questions or concerns don’t hesitate to reach out. We look forward to getting things back to normal soon!
