🔧 Sometimes the Repair Is Behind the Wall! 🧱

Our Garrison Plumbing Services team arrived to repair a hose bib at Building B. After shutting off and draining the system, we discovered the old hose bib was not coming out easily.

With approval, we carefully removed the surrounding brick and found the problem: the hose bib was soldered into the plumbing, with the 1/2" supply line twisted inside the wall.

The old hose bib was cut out and the line was temporarily capped until the tenant could provide access to Unit 110. The next step will be opening the Sheetrock inside the unit to complete the repair properly.

Sometimes plumbing problems don't just hide—they hide REALLY well! 😅🔧

After approval, we performed a full tankless service, including:

✅ Inspected and cleaned the ignition rods, which were heavily corroded
✅ Checked the intake filter with a camera—clear and unobstructed
✅ Cleaned the motherboard and surrounding wiring
✅ Flushed the system after service
✅ Tested the unit and confirmed proper operation

The unit fired up without any issues after service! 🎉

A client called Garrison Plumbing Services for the replacement of a lavatory faucet and two angle stop valves at a childcare facility.

Our technician assessed the setup, provided pricing, and got to work after approval. The water and recirculation pump were safely shut down, the new faucet and angle stops were installed, and the system was carefully restored and purged of air.

We then ran the faucet for 20 minutes to test everything—no leaks, no issues, and everything working properly! ✅💧
