Previous Owner Tom Moneta began the company in 1980 as a one-man show and is still designing swimming pools today. again this had aggregate decking that was removed,
Additionally we put new coping on, improved the existing drainage, added the faux grass, and some Italian porcelain pavers. One of the subcontractors that shared the lead with us actually completed the synthetic wood.

So we have been tardy sharing some remodels. What you’re seeing below is an existing pool with a client wanted to remove most of the hard scape, and incorporate new coping, special paver deck surface encapsulated and faux grass. This one’s a little unique because the step pads are minimal. There’s a combination of some large Italian porcelain pavers, faux grass, and a synthetic deck. As one of the subs on the project said teamwork makes the dream work! The finished pictures are coming next

So we finish this one recently, down by White rock Lake. The clients committed to the whole site as well as other clients having faux grass and some terraces encapsulate the whole pool and yard area. It’s a clean line pool with a negative edge spa. The materials are a sandblasted marble (not something you see much) And a new Pebbletec glass tile.
