Another fence restoration complete in Frisco Lakes.

We stripped away rust and oxidized paint, welded and repaired damaged rails, then finished the fence in Sherwin-Williams Frisco Lakes Green — the HOA-approved color — using our Graco airless sprayer for a smooth, durable enamel coat.

The result is a cleaner look, stronger structure, and a finish built to last.

Fence upgrade complete!
We added new finials and post toppers, replaced a rusted-out base, and completely rebuilt the gate frame using 1×1" 14-gauge steel tubing (far stronger than the original ½" material). Industrial hinges were installed and the swing was reversed to a more natural left-outward opening.
