C&S Landscaping and Hydroseeding is located in Frostburg, Maryland, and has been serving the tri-state area for 32 years. We install all hardscape elements, custom stonework, patios, pavers, driveways, walkways and retaining walls. We also design and install high-quality planting and seasonal arrangements for our clients. C&S provides various lawn maintenance programs and hydroseeding services, in

cluding seasonal clean-ups and plant product applications. Landscape enhancements such as water feature and pond installs, landscape lighting, on-site drainage solutions, and landscape plans for basic to complex sites are also part of our residential and commercial offerings. Our services extend to design and our staff includes Landscape Architects and experienced Project Managers who develop creative and practical solutions to achieve the goals of our clients.

Must have at least 3 years experience with landscape operations to include, but not limited to:

-Tree, shrub, perennial installation and maintenance, trimming and pruning, bark mulch and decorative rock installation.
- Must be experienced with sod installation along with seeding, fertilizing and maintenance of turf.
- Experience with landscape lighting, irrigation, water features, flagstone and fieldstone preferred.
- Operating skid steer, excavator and tractor preferred.

Must have drivers license and reliable transportation.

Job Responsibilities:
Planting trees, shrubs, perennials and flowers
Pruning plant materials, shrubs and trees
General cleanup services: (cleanup of landscape beds, edging, pruning shrubs and spreading mulch)
Hardscape project installations (concrete, pavers, wall block, garden walls etc.)
Leaf removals
Lawn renovation projects: (hydro-seeding, amending soils, spreading seed, installing sod etc.)
General labor of moving and installing job materials on a daily basis (mulch, soil, stones)
Installing landscape drainage systems (piping, trench drains, catch basins etc.)
Assist with landscape construction as assigned. Work may include operating jackhammers to remove broken sidewalks; mixing, pouring, and spreading concrete, or gravel; and digging holes and/or trenches for irrigation and drainage systems.
Operating industry equipment safely (mowers, chainsaws, skid loaders, trenchers, excavators, etc.)
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Education/training/experience in a landscape/agriculture/horticulture preferred, but not required.
Working knowledge of the materials, methods, tools. equipment, occupational hazards and safety related to job, preferred.
Demonstrated ability to use and operate appropriate hand and power tools and equipment, preferred.
Ability to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions.

Requirements:
Resume.
Valid driver’s license issued within the United States.
