Jeff and Susan Myers moved to Central Florida in 1981 from Indiana beginning a new adventure in the Construction industry. They began the process to build their team of estimators, designers and field supervisors adding years of technical training and creative experience to their company. y has resulted in successfully completed residential and commercial projects as well as lifetime friendships with many of their clients. Over the past 34 years, the value they placed in teamwork, and their faith in God, has translated into numerous accomplishments recognized in their reputation within the community for many successful projects and satisfied clients. January 1, 2015 was an exciting point in the history of Signature Construction! The start of a transition plan that Jeff and Susan Myers with God’s leading have put in place to be executed over a planned period of time. Brian Sellers became a partner in the business with the title of Vice President and a qualifying agent. This planned addition of ownership will allow for continued growth of the company for many years to come and enable the smooth transition of the business concern that Jeff & Sue started in 1981. Brian represents a philosophy of internally building a team of Project Managers, Estimator’s, Designers and Supervisors who have vested interest in the company. Many of the employees have long tenure which clearly shows the value that Jeff, Susan and Brian place on teamwork, creativity and technical training. This business philosophy and their faith in God has translated into numerous accomplishments, a recognized reputation within the community of trust and successful projects with satisfied clients many of whom have become friends for a lifetime!
