Our offices and model homes will be closed Monday, September 7th so our team can spend the holiday with their families.

The doors are open this weekend across all four of our communities and we would love to see you.

But first, come find us Friday evening at Fruitland After 5 at Fruitland Community Park. Live music, local vendors, food trucks, kids activities, and a movie under the stars. We will have a booth set up and would love to see you there. Festivities start at 5pm.

Our team will also be on site Saturday and Sunday with finished homes ready to tour across all four communities. No appointment needed, just come on your schedule.

And if you haven't heard yet, book a Design Center Preview this month and walk out with a voucher for a large pizza from Ruszonis or a two-scoop ice cream cone for every person in your party from We Dream Ice Cream. Our treat.

Something new this weekend. We are opening the doors in Payette for the first time and our team will be on site at Piper Glen on Sunday from 11am to 5pm at 3030 Cypress Point Avenue. These homes are move-in ready and worth the drive.

We will also be in Weiser and Emmett on Saturday and Emmett again on Sunday. And the Fruitland Design Center is open Saturday from 9am to 5pm as always.

Emmett. This is what you have got so far.

We love it. But Fruitland is still winning and the drive closes August 16th.

Drop off school supplies at our Dagger Falls model home at 1116 Werle Way before Sunday. Every item counts and the winning community takes home a five hundred dollar donation to their school district.
