Callaway Materials Hauling LLC is looking for a reliable, hardworking Class A CDL Driver to join our team. This is a full-time position with overtime involving equipment hauling and end-dump material hauling.
JOB DUTIES:
• Haul heavy equipment to and from job sites
• Operate an end dump to haul rock, asphalt, sand, and other materials
• Safely load, transport, and unload equipment and materials
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain a clean and safe truck and trailer
• Report maintenance issues and help keep equipment in good working condition
REQUIREMENTS:
• Valid Class A CDL
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Must be comfortable operating a 10-speed manual transmission
• Previous experience with end dumps and/or equipment hauling preferred
• Safe driving record
• Ability to safely secure equipment and properly operate an end dump
• Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions
• Must meet all applicable DOT requirements, including drug and alcohol testing
