The last two lakefront spec houses that we have going now.
531 is hitting the market today!! It is painted and flooring, cabinets, trim and doors get installed in a few weeks. Call Chuck to get in it first.
521 will be listed in about a month. Sheetrock will be finished next week.

A few projects we have going right now. First pics are of a remodel we should finish up next week. The last pics are the two lakefront spec houses we have in the subdivision. Weather permitting, should have 521 framed up next week. 531 will get garage doors and Sheetrock hung next week.

Contrary to what you see on HGTV, us contractors do not like getting materials last minute!! Granite countertops finally installed yesterday afternoon. Late night installing backsplash and grout this morning. Vieth Plumbing installed all plumbing fixtures today to keep schedule. HVAC and electrician do their finals tomorrow and I do final touch ups and get occupancy permit inspection on Thursday. Final deep clean after that. Gonna be a long week!!
