This customer came into work this morning to quite the surprise. A loose connection in their meter socket showed it’s ugly head with the added power consumption during this heat wave.

It may not look it but this business got lucky. We believe had this not been a masonry building these pictures would have looked a lot different.

Just like any other building system electrical equipment requires preventative maintenance retorquing of connections is very important.

This customer will have power and A/C when they return to the office in the morning.

This job was completed 100% in house from excavation to terminations.

First day on a new project!

Our team has been working for the last few months on the pre construction phases of this project. There is a ton of work In these phases to make sure the customer is getting exactly what the architect and designer had in mind.

Our team is excited to see this one take form, the Salina community will have a functional and modern building to host a variety of events in.

A project our team has been working on in Morrisville.

Phase one was a community center with onsite medical offices.

Phase two is a 64 unit apartment building built for the elderly to still be able to live on their own

This project includes specialty systems such as nurse call, intercom, CCTV, fire alarm, back up generator and access control.

Our team in the field has done an excellent job staying ahead of the other trades as they approach their November turn over date.

Our team is putting the final touches on this project this week.

We worked closely with the owner and general contractor in the pre construction phases. We were able to provide complete design build plans for this project, saving the owners a substantial amount of money.

Pre construction is a very important part of the project. Our in house team can help with design, value engineering and engineering services.

These 41 apartments are ready to rent on time and budget.
