Here’s another project we finished up a few weeks ago for a repeat client of ours on their rental property. We worked with the Frizzell’s on their personal property earlier this year on their roof replacement, and unfortunately their rental property in Apex sprung a pretty bad leak in the garage. Being the shingles were over 25 years old, it was well overdue for replacement.

The Homeowners chose to go with CertainTeed Landmark Series in a modest Mojave Tan color that compliments the siding colors very well. Finding out the gutters were also well past due their working life expectancy, they also chose to upgrade the gutters to seamless 6 inch and added leaf protection, that you can already see is doing its job!

A recently completed roof in Coronado Village in Cary, NC.

After the Allreds saw what a good job we did at the neighboring home where Posh Pots Landscape Design did a magnificent job completing a full renovation, they asked for our information and we came over to work with them and Allstate to get a full roof replacement approved.

To better help this home, they also decided to upgrade their gutter system to a larger 6 inch seamless system. Many upgrades were completed with CertainTeed Landmark Series, synthetic felt underlayment, ice and water shield on all the pe*******on areas, Lifetime Tool & Building Products pipe boots, enlarged drip edge and all the flashing was replaced. We also replaced the roofs on the adjacent gazebo and shed.

Today we are working a project out in Lillington, NC.

It started off as an initial call for a potential repair, ended up needing to be a full replacement, and it’s a good thing the homeowner decided that direction since the majority of the eaves plywood on the rear of the home were damaged from poor installation that were unseen due to the air baffles during the attic inspection & simple paper instead of proper felt from the modular home factory.

After changing out 18 sheets of plywood this morning, our team is moving quickly getting the synthetic felt on and soon to start installing shingles.

While our client was getting multiple quotes, they decided we were the best option, bringing great knowledge, quality materials and quality installation to the table.

After today, our homeowner will be worried free for decades to come with their upgraded underlayment and pipe boots/vents from Lifetime Tool & Building Products.

A transformation worth sharing!

we recently completed this deck remodel, accompanied with all materials and hidden fastener system by Trex | Outdoor Living Products.

Composite decking and rails
PVC Fascia and lattice
Ledger flashing replaced properly

This project came out immaculate and this homeowner will be stress and splinter-free for 20+ years to come with her new deck!

Simple. Clean. Effective.

What started off as a small leak in a bathroom turned into a full replacement through insurance. Often times we find that paying for a deductible under a legitimate claim is more cost-effective for a homeowner instead of paying for multiple repairs. Luckily, this homeowner called the right people.
