We're excited to welcome Ben Strickland as Chief Operating Officer at Grand Entrance Group & Commercial Landscape Management.

Ben brings over 25 years of experience leading large-scale landscape operations, including overseeing multi-branch and market organizations with significant revenue and cross-functional teams spanning maintenance, installation, and specialty services. Throughout his career, he has focused on building strong operational foundations-implementing scalable processes, improving performance across regions, and developing leaders at every level of the organization.

In his first few days, he has already been spending time with our managers and teams, focused on understanding how we operate and how we deliver for our customers. That level of engagement reflects the kind of leadership we value.

As we continue to grow, Ben's experience will be instrumental in helping us scale our operations thoughtfully-strengthening the structure, consistency, and ex*****on that ultimately enhance the experience and outcomes we deliver to our clients.
