Geaslen landscaping LLC is located in North Raleigh North Carolina. We service high end residential properties, commercial, and HOA’s. Position is full-time and requires working long hours, lifting up to 70 pounds, and enduring all weather conditions. Pay will be based on experience, certifications, degree,etc..
The candidates will have a previous industry experience, a willingness to deliver quality workmanship, and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities will include drainage, Irriagation repairs, landscaping, sod installation, mowing, trimming, edging, debris removal, leaf cleanup, mulching/pine straw installation. Candidates will have a clean North Carolina drivers license and general knowledge of common commercial equipment.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work well alongside others as well as manage time and resources. Follow processes and procedures with minimal supervision. Is proactive and will report issues. Had an eye for detail and communicate effectively. Will be dependable, well organized, works diligently and practices safety at all times and enjoys the challenge of the job.
We work a four day work week, usually 9-11 hours each day. We work Fridays when bad weather cancels a normal workday and when the workload exceeds what we can accomplish within a four day work week. True overtime is paid after 40 hours and is required by all employees when necessary.
During the winter months we work five days a week generally 8.5 hours each day.
After six months employees start to paid holidays and yearly bonus paid out every March 31st.

Weekly direct deposit paychecks:
Pay Range: $13.50 - $16.50
