I got a call asking if I could fix the back door. Snow ball effect. Turned into seal plate, band board, and joist repair then a kitchen remodel!

They were ready to take out the old and put in some new. I much appreciate the opportunity to make it happen🙌🏽👍🏽👍🏽💪🏽💪🏽

Customer said she always wanted to open the floor plan soooo that’s what I did!! Remove a couple few walls to open stairway, added can lights throughout, reconditioned the old hardwood and new hardwood, new baseboard, relocated the fridge, added gas line for stove, new outlets and switches, and a happy customer when it was all done.

Goal reached!!!

This was fun and not fun at the same time, middle of winter 550sq ft chicken coop came out pretty good. Concrete pad I helped pour was nowhere near level.
