Sending two of our interns back to campus this fall.

Cole and Keaton spent the summer with us, and they saw just about every side of this business. Job sites near home and a few states away, time in the office, blueprints, and plenty of hands-on work in the field. We didn't hand them the easy version, and they never asked for it.

It's been a good summer having them around. The team is going to feel different without them.

Cole, Keaton, thank you for everything! Hope to see you back soon!

Year two in the books for Team Wesney at Pelotonia, and we added three more riders to the team this time around.

Seeing people come in from all over to support this cause never gets old, and neither does that start line. Proud of our guys, and proud to partner with Huntington Bank and ride alongside their team.

To everyone who donated, cheered, or pedaled with us, thank you. See you next August.

Before we ever break ground, we put the design in front of our clients as a photorealistic rendering. The image on top is what we modeled. The image on the bottom is what we built. That's how close our renderings come to the real thing.

Seeing the space before construction starts lets you make decisions with confidence. You can adjust finishes, layout, lighting, and branding while changes still cost nothing, instead of discovering something after the walls are up. It keeps everyone aligned, shortens the approval process, and takes the guesswork out of the build.

When you can see it, you can trust it. That's the point.

25 years ago this all started with 12 shrubs. 🌱

Our very first official project was planting a dozen shrubs around a sign base for a bank in Dublin, Ohio, and our founder, Scott Wesney, planted them himself. On the drive home (the living room was the office back then), a local credit union called to award us the remodel and expansion of their main office. By Christmas of 2001, we'd moved out of the living room and into a real office and shop.

From that one shrub job to more than 1,500 projects a year today. A quarter century later, we are a proud second-generation company still driven by the same promise. Show up, do it right, take care of the people who trust us.

In Scott's words, "𝘐 𝘢𝘮 𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘥 𝘰𝘧 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 '𝘞𝘌' 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘢𝘤𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘩𝘦𝘥."

Before and after on a recent occupied brand transition, and the best detail isn't in the photos.

The whole transformation happened while the space stayed open and in use.

Staff kept showing up, work kept moving, and the day-to-day never stopped.

That's the hard part of an occupied remodel, and it's the part we plan around from day one.

Twenty-five years in, making this feel easy is still the whole point.

Could every customer who pulls into your lot actually make it to your front door?

Accessibility starts in the parking lot, and it's usually the first thing a visitor notices.

We recently brought this commercial exterior up to ADA standard with new accessible parking, fresh striping, ramps, and clear signage. The business stayed open the whole time.

A crew on one of our jobs was working into the night to keep their carpet install rolling and stay ahead on the schedule.

When they needed more material to keep working, the superintendent called our project managers. Our PMs loaded the carpet, drove it out, and unloaded it themselves.

No hand-offs. No "that's not my job." Just the people who run our projects making sure the crew on the floor had what they needed to keep going.

That's the part of this work that never shows up in a bid. A team where nobody's too important to make a delivery or grab a broom.

Always nice to pause and be grateful for this place and the people in it.

Twenty-five years in, and we still feel lucky to do what we do.
