Building a business takes long days, early mornings, and plenty of sweat. That’s part of the deal. But if you’re building something where you can never step away… what’s the point?

I’m trading fence posts for a beach chair, work boots for bare feet in the sand, and phone calls for waves for a few days. My kids won’t be little forever.

A decorative entryway like this adds a lot of character to a property and adds definition, and curb appeal. It’s a great option if you want something that looks natural and welcoming.

One thing that doesn’t always get talked about is that cedar and split rail can be tricky to work with. Cedar isn’t perfectly straight, so getting everything lined up and looking clean takes experience and a lot of attention to detail. That’s the difference between a fence that looks “good enough” and one that really stands out.

One is about living free. The other is about protecting what matters.
