We're excited to kick off a new multi-family drywall project in Cedar Key, Florida.

Our team will be handling the complete drywall installation for six apartment units, followed by orange peel texture on the walls and ceilings throughout the buildings. We're proud to be partnering with the contractor on this project and look forward to bringing these units one step closer to completion.

Scope includes drywall installation throughout all five buildings, followed by Level 4 finishing, smooth wall finishes, and knockdown ceilings, with interior and exterior painting following as part of the final phases.

J&S Solutions 28 provides a coordinated wall system from installation through finishing and painting, helping streamline schedules, improve sequencing, and reduce subcontractor overlap on site.

Our crew has begun hanging drywall throughout the home as this project continues moving steadily forward.

Once the drywall installation is complete, we'll be applying a custom Level 5 finish throughout the entire home. A Level 5 finish provides the highest quality drywall surface available, creating a smooth, uniform appearance that is ideal for premium residential interiors.

In the hallways and office areas, finish work is underway and the interiors are starting to take shape. These spaces are beginning to feel clean, defined, and much closer to completion, helping bring the entire project together as a whole.
