We came out to help a local business (best roofing company) by making a key after they lost both for their 2023 Ford F-150. We cut and programmed a brand-new key on-site, right here in Gainesville, Florida.

We visited a very sweet lady’s home in Lake City, Florida, to make an emergency key. Her gas tank and trunk button were locked, and the remote wasn’t working on her 2013 Volkswagen CC. While there, we went ahead and made her another key so the remote functions could be restored. We cut two emergency keys, and now everything is working—she can unlock her gas tank and drive her vehicle with no issues.

We got a call from the Lake City Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram dealership—they lost the second key for a 2023 Chevy Suburban the customer was purchasing. We came out on the spot, cut the key, and programmed it so they could get the vehicle right away.

Today, we helped a customer with a 2026 Toyota Corolla. They drove all the way from Jacksonville to meet me in Waldo at the flea market. We provided and programmed a new OEM key for the vehicle, since no one else had it in stock locally.

The customer got both vehicles done in one visit. First, we programmed a new OEM key for a 2025 Subaru Outback, using a key we provided. Then, the customer had a previously programmed key for a Toyota Corolla. We cloned that key, added a new chip, and now both vehicles are all set and ready to go!

“Honda lock sets, in particular, tend to wear down as the key gets older, since it’s a high-security key. We often see issues where the customer’s only working key will work in the ignition but not the door, or vice versa—or sometimes not at all. If you’re having trouble with your door locks or ignition, just give us a call. We can help—whether it’s a rebuild, a repair, or a full replacement.”

Today, we worked on a 2014 Mercedes C250 with an ESL failure. The customer’s ignition wouldn’t turn on; it kept saying to remove the key. We programmed and installed the emulator, which gave us power to the vehicle and allowed it to turn on. After that, though, the ESL was still engaged, so we dropped the steering lock column, removed the ESL, taped up the emulator, and everything was working perfectly. We also made a spare key for them.
