Tyler, Lee Ann and our rockstar subcontractors turned over a BEAUTIFUL space for our CoreSite friends this week. This is project number EIGHT for this client and we just want to brag a little because that speaks volumes to our amazing team's commitment to Building Excellence Through Teamwork when we are fortunate enough to get called back, time and time and time and time and time and time and time and time again. Ballston Gateway 8th floor Speculative Suites, also with ECS Secure Conferencing Center projects are in the books. Ricardo and Lee Ann were at the helm managing three projects at once with varying subcontractors, layout changes for pending leases and a number of permit revisions - it was a challenge but the hard work paid off because it all came together beautifully! We look forward to working with the In-Rel and ECS teams again real soon!! GO C-CON!!

Our friends at VHC Health selected C-Con for a 14,000sf full floor expansion of their Primary Care practice in Shirlington and called us back for a 4,200sf expansion for their Cardiology Group in Old Town Alexandria. Ricardo in Shirlington, Tyler in Old Town with Lee Ann supporting them both, turned over projects number 10 &11 for this client in the past month. We have been busy over here, just doing what we do: Building Excellence Through Teamwork. GO C-CON!

Fifteen years ago today, a vision became a reality though a lot of hard work, long hours, trust in the process, assembling a team of rockstars and fostering every relationship we have been fortunate enough to be entrusted with. Fifteen years has gone by so fast - we have partnered with some absolutely wonderful clients, designers and subcontractors to build some really amazing projects over the years and excitedly look forward to what the future holds. Our largest team ever celebrated our 14th Christmas together last night with good food, great drinks, amazing company and ….a little murder! Thanks to Tin Cannon Brewing and The Murder Mystery company for a great night and congratulations to the evening’s winners. One day, someone will beat out Roro for best dressed, but it was not last night - he got the memo! 🎄 As we wrap up a successful 2024, we are super excited about 2025! GO C-CON!
