Oftentimes, a roofing system does not tell you what’s wrong until the damage has already been done.

This particular roof could have most likely been far less expensive for the homeowner if they had simply considered the importance of periodic roof inspections and maintenance — especially after adverse weather events like high winds, heavy rains, and hail.
