We are thrilled to share that The Eatery at Broward Hall has officially achieved LEEDv4 Retail Gold certification, making it only the second project at UF to earn this incredible distinction! Completed in just 8 fast-paced months, this transformative renovation completely reimagined the dining experience for the recently developed Honors Village with expanded seating, innovative food platforms, and a vibrant, welcoming environment designed to elevate student life.

We are incredibly proud of this accomplishment and are grateful to everyone who helped bring this vision to life. This project reflects what is possible when innovation, sustainability, and teamwork come together. 🐊

We were honored to join the partnership ceremony for the North Florida Technical College Nursing Renovation in Starke, FL - part of an exciting initiative to expand nursing education opportunities in Bradford County in partnership with Santa Fe College. This project will transform space at North Florida Technical College into a state-of-the-art nursing classroom and lab, helping local students pursue and continue their nursing degrees without leaving their hometown. We’re so grateful to partner on work that supports education, community growth, and future healthcare professionals. 🛠️📚

Construction is complete at Littlewood Elementary School with students and staff kicking off the school year in their beautifully renovated campus! We’re grateful to our project partners, Alachua County Public Schools, PBK Architects, design consultants, subcontractors, and the entire school community who helped make this project a success. Together, we’ve built a foundation for future generations! 📚💡

Yesterday, we officially cut the ribbon on the Ralph Cellon Jr. Institute at Santa Fe College, named in honor of a visionary leader whose legacy will continue to inspire future generations.

This state-of-the-art facility will expand key trade programs in Welding and HVAC, and introduce a new Engineering Technology Advanced Manufacturing degree program — opening doors to hands-on careers and high-demand opportunities.

Yesterday, we celebrated the official ribbon cutting of Florida’s No. 1 addiction treatment facility - the new UF Health Florida Recovery Center! This state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to helping individuals reclaim their lives by providing comprehensive care for individuals on the path to recovery. We are so proud to have served as the construction manager for this vital project and to have played a role in bringing this important vision to life.
