Verminators Wildlife Evictions get bats and flying squirrels out of the attics of homes in Gainesville and put them back outside where they belong 🌳. On this job, bats were living in the gable vents and surprised the homeowners by making an appearance in the living spaces. This unexpected encounter was very frightening, so these nice people decided to call the experts, Verminators, to get rid of the bats and keep them out. Upon our initial interior inspection, we also discovered flying squirrels had made their home in the attic, so a complete roof and foundation exclusion was the recommended solution for this home.
First, we removed the bats from the gable vents and placed them in a bat box we installed outside in a tree. We protected the vents from the exterior to prevent the future entry of bats and other wildlife here.
Then, we temporarily installed a Flying Squirrel Safety Exit Tunnel to give the rodents one safe exit out of the attic without re-entry. We animal-proofed 160ft of open construction gap and sealed the eaves. Because the crawlspace door was warped and not closing tightly, Kevin built a brand new (inset) door to keep any mice or rats from getting into the crawlspace.
