Justin Decker, Team Leader and Project Manager for Decker Construction in Lakeland, joined Valleyview Elementary for Community Helpers Day to share how construction plays a role in every part of our daily lives—and why safety is always at the center of it.

Through real-world examples and a hands-on power tool demonstration, students got an inside look at how what we build shapes the places they live, learn, and grow.

More than a lesson in construction, it was a lesson in leadership, responsibility, and impact.
