LANDSCAPE TECHNICIAN – Gainesville, FL
Do you have a passion for the outdoors and an attention to detail?
Florida Green Keepers is seeking motivated and experienced Landscape Technicians to join our growing team! The position is full-time (40-50 hour work weeks).

Technician Responsibilities:
• Follow written and verbal directions from crew leader and other supervisors to perform a variety of landscaping tasks like sodding, planting, irrigation, and mulching ensuring high quality work
• Operate and maintain landscape equipment like front end loaders, sod installers, trenchers, etc.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
• Communicating effectively with fellow crew members and supervisors

Technician Qualifications:
• Reliable transportation to and from work (1401 NW 53 AVE Gainesville, FL)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual (fluent in both English/Spanish) is a plus
• A valid driver's license is a plus

Benefits:
• Competitive pay rates starting at $15/hr+ based on experience
• Benefits package includes paid holidays after 6 months and paid vacation after 1 year (details upon hire).

Do you have a passion for the outdoors and a knack for leading a team?

Florida Green Keepers is seeking motivated and experienced Landscape Crew Leaders to join our growing team! The position is full-time (40-50 hour work weeks).

Crew Leader Responsibilities:
• Lead by example, motivating a crew to perform a variety of landscaping tasks (sodding, planting, irrigation, mulching, equipment operation) while ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety protocols
