Helped a sweet friend finish an unfinished wall last month. It was plain old orange peel sheetrock. She has a great single story home with a rustic ranch feel. She updated with fresher, lighter paint colors that complemented her slate floors and wanted something rustic but elegant in her formal dining. Yes, it’s shiplap, stained instead of painted and complements her style perfectly! The room feels complete! Thank you, Paige Whittacre!

It has been a busy 2018 and I finally found time to work on our master! Before and After photos are the best representation of beautiful change-and “W” loves it, too❤️We installed the ceiling treatment 5 years ago and it is my favorite focal point in this room. The green glazed finish walls were never my favorite. It was a rush decision to get rid of “Restrained Gold”. Our amazing painter, who is a Sherwin Williams devotee, supported my decision to go with Benjamin Moore Pale Oak and not color match through Sherwin Williams. He is wonderful-we have been working together for many years! We didn’t touch any of the trim and it all came together like the vision in my head. Best early Christmas gift to ourselves ever 🎁 🎄

Fabulous custom coffee bar by ReCoop Designs. Rustic and Modern all in one.
