This patio wasn’t constructed correctly with good base material. Over the years areas sank in leaving a dangerous places of sunken pavers. Some areas were 6” below grade level. We made it level again and redid the polymeric sand. Shout out to Glad to Help Pressure Wash for getting it clean and ready for us!!!!

Folks our spring schedule is going to get full quick! Let’s start planning to aerate, top dress, and ready your lawn for spring and summer! Top dressing and aeration starting in May. Dry creek bed install. Smaller rocks to fill the gap and cut the fabric back and we will be done. Coming together nicely

This is what happens when you hire the “other guy”. Zero sub base. Zero gravel. Washout has occurred from 1” to over 7”. It’s ok because we are going to make it right without tearing the whole patio apart (although we want to, the customer doesn’t want that). The areas here get the most drainage so we will fix these areas and ensure the customer never has this issue again! Crush and run/57 stone base, packed well followed by washed 89 stone as the top layer. This wall and patio gonna be so secure Humpty Dumpty can dance on it.
