As of this morning, our phones are working normally.

After 4 hours on hold with Verizon, 3 attempts to get a live agent on Verizon's Chat, 1 trip to their retail store, I could not get an answer as to why our phones are not working. I made one last attempt at their Chat to find out that the Automated Receiptionist on Verizon's One Talk is down and they do not know when it will be back on-line but they are working on it.

Until they do, you can call our office and when you hear the dead silence, press 1 to get through to the answering machine.
