Using his expertise and knowledge and understanding how to navigate the insurance process he was able to negotiate with Insurance company to get these homeowners what they deserve. Always nice when your client refers his neighbor to get his roof replaced as well. Ask about our referral program where you can earn $250 once contract is signed.

Some neighborhood HOA’s only allow certain colors so always make sure you get approval first and we help you with that process.

This project took almost 6 months to complete and lots of coordination with the other contractors. We installed Mule Hide TPO with 30 year Full System Warranty. We replaced everything down to the deck, including all new insulation, new custom gray 8” wide coping, all new ventilation accessories, a new entry door panel, and mule hide walking pad.

Slide 5 shows what it looked like before we upgraded the roof for the Loudon County school visitation center.
