Here's what we need from Service Technicians:

-Perform preventive maintenance inspections on residential HVAC equipment and systems
-Strong diagnostic and repairing skills to fix malfunctioning A/C systems, gas furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, maintenance/ tune-ups and other HVAC accessories
-At least 3-4-year experience in the industry
-Comfortable climbing ladders and working in elevated locations
-Able to lift and carry 50lbs+, Stand, bend and kneel for extended periods
-Flexible and willing to work overtime (as needed)
-A valid driver's license with clean driving record
-English (Required)
We know great technicians make the best service companies!
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year including commission and bonuses based on experience

Here's what we need from Lead installers:

-Install HVAC residential equipment
-At least 3-4-year experience in the industry
-Comfortable climbing ladders and working in elevated locations
-Able to lift and carry 50lbs+, Stand, bend and kneel for extended periods
-Flexible and willing to work overtime (as needed)
-A valid driver's license with clean driving record
-English (Required)
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Compensation package includes:
**Weekly direct deposit paychecks
**Company provided take home service van with gas card, tools, and tablet
**Health, Dental & Vision insurance
**Paid Time Off & Holidays
**Retirement plan
**Ongoing Factory Training
