Our team recently traveled to St. Paul to visit Trane’s Controls Factory & Headquarters and the Valent and Innovent Training and Product Center. It was a great opportunity to connect with our partners and clients and to get a behind-the-scenes look at their innovative products and technology.

A big thank you to our hosts at Trane and Innovent, and to everyone who joined us on this trip!

Earlier this month, we held our annual Boland Family Picnic with a fun-filled day of face painting, hay rides, and, of course, pie! It was wonderful seeing everyone and their families enjoy their time at Smokey Glenn Farm. Thank you to all who joined us and made the day so special.

On October 5th, our Boland Cares crew proudly supported Ride Allegheny. Our rest stop fueled riders during the final stretch of their four-day, 310-mile bike ride from Pittsburgh to Washington, D.C.

Today our team is meeting future industry professionals at the Edison Academy Career Experience Fair at Thomas Edison High School of Technology in Alexandria, VA. We talked to students interested in our industry, shared what makes Boland a great place to work, and brought HVAC controls to life with an interactive Control Trainer.
