This job consisted of some land clearing and build up to get the desired dimensions of 50'x40'.
A water swell was made to defer the water away. We seed and strawed the newly graded area.

This customer had alot of water runoff from the road which was ditching, ponding and gravel wash.
After grading it we took the existing loose top coat of gravel off and applied pug mill.

-Grading and Drainage

The original finish grade of this property was slightly off by a few degrees causing the water to want to cross the payment , draining the wrong way during heavy rain and caused a troublesome, unsightly erosion ditch also causing the edges of the drivway to erode.
The customer asked about a drainage options, after hours of grading to get the proper slope to defer the water we formed a drainage ditch along the driveway and lined it with erosion control rock. More wonderful customers we are blessed to work with.
