This project is probably one of the biggest residential homes we've roofed in a while. Around 80 Sq, 24 facets, and 15 Valleys. The predominant pitch was 10/12..but some pitches were 12/12 and 18/12. We used a Malarkey "legacy" which is a class 4 hail resistant shingle, open/ W valleys, and cut in all new ridge vent! She a beaut, Clark! 🌲

Brighter Home's team did the siding, gutters soffit and facia. We also took out the old porch railings and posts. Replaced the post with 6×6 cedar. This is a popular color. Homeowner did a fantastic job on the landscape!!!
