To our CSB customers
As you have noticed we have not been building water skis for over a year. Jon had neck/back surgery and recovery has taken longer than we expected. We have come to realize that he can’t work 10 days at his real job and then work in the wood shop for another 2-3 hours. Also we have been blessed with a couple more grandchildren, spending all our time in the wood shop doesn’t give us much time to love on those little family treasures. We are committed to getting back to building skis, it won’t be the quantity that we were once able to build and our time table will be longer. We didn’t build this winter as heating the woodshop has become too expensive. We will be starting to build within the next few weeks, building on the weekends. At the end of this year Jon is planning on retiring from his tool and die guy job. Once retired it is our goal to build skis semi full time…reserving time aside for those grandkids that we are blessed with. Thank you for your patience, for loving our skis, and supporting our backyard business.
