Keeping it going. Started at over 280. Now close to 206 in little over 1 yr. Thanks to my doctor, my wife Jennifer Hedges for making me good healthy food. (Mostly eggs) lol, and her job allowing us to be able to be on the shot to help cause my sugar last year was off the charts. Thanks to my cousin Al Beaty who ive seen what he has done with his health and weight loss helped motivate me as well. My boys helped motivate me too. So I can be healthier for them and anyone else that has lost as well, u also help motivate me to do this.

Doing some weights etc now too.

Had alot of 2x shirts mostly reds , Bengals and osu had to get rid of. Im april i bought about 100-125 new shirts XL. Then come 1st part July they was too big. So luckily 80% of them I was able to return in mail and exchange for Large size lol

Praying has definitely helped too.
